Saberah handles logistics for qualitative research projects, including screener development, facility interaction, recruitment monitoring, and on-site assistance during research. She is the first point of contact for internal clients on research projects, responsible for building relationships with vendor partners, including managing quality control, approving recruitment lists, negotiating prices, and providing clear instructions. In addition she manages the design of research questionnaire, fieldwork, sampling, analyses trends within the key market sectors, identifies emerging opportunities and threats and provides recommendations and insights into which segments to target and why
